Supposed to be sleeping on the bed, BUT I chose for climbing instead!
Woke up @ 6am, then went to FRIM with daddy n mamee~
why? why? why?
BECAUSE
I wanna get fresh air from FRIM to recover myself.
Not jogging, is climbing @ FRIM.
SICK from Fri till Now.
FRESH AIR??!!
Yup! Haha! Funny, right?
Actually i felt there's LONG time didn't go for exercise already...
the other reason was: train myself for Broga Hill this Saturday probably.
Hope Broga Hill can ON successfully :)
I really become WEAK.
I can't withstand TILL the PEAK!?!?
Rest for many stations :(
Felt bad for myself.
One thing has to be noted:
Since I'm climbing, it's a tough work for me as I didn't exercise for long long time ago.
Guess what???
I really felt sth wrong...
Lastly, I do felt dizzy @@
OH MY GOD!
Then I quickly rest @ a station, continued climbing then.
Luckily... I rest. Felt better after took a rest for 5 mins :)
I like the FEEL after exercising!

The feeling really awesome la!
It's damn COOL!
It's like a way to RELIEVE stress!
Got FRESH mind then!
Comfort after exercising, BEST for resting(Sleeping) later!
Although I have to sacrifice my sleeping time,
BUT
I got alot benefit from exercising!
